What this site collects

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. The only personal data it collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, website, the topic you choose and your message.

Why I use it

I use your details only to reply to your message and, if you ask for it, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). I don't send newsletters and I don't sell or share your data for marketing.

Who processes it

Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and stores contact form messages. Netlify is based in the USA and transfers data under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Google Fonts delivers the fonts on this page, which means your browser connects to Google servers and shares your IP address with Google.

How long I keep it

Messages are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact. If we start working together, the data needed for the contract and invoices is kept as long as Croatian law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it's used, by writing to the email above. You can also file a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
